If the returned products show signs of wear, scratches, dents, mechanical damage, or are missing accessories or warranty certificates (where applicable), we reserve the right to either refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund to cover the loss in value. Any such deduction will be communicated after the returned items have been inspected.

If you exercise your legal right to return a product (within 30 days of receiving it, not from the date the package is opened), the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return request is submitted, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
